Job Description

Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.

As a Project Management Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Project Manager in various aspects of project coordination, planning, resource management, and project control activities. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in reporting, providing support in sub-contractor hiring, coordinating project activities, monitoring and tracking risks and issues, and ensuring adherence to security compliance standards.

What you'll do

Project coordination, planning, resource management and E2E project control activities supporting the Project Manager.

  • Time planning - Microsoft Project (MPP) expertise will confer a distinct advantage

  • Resource forecasting and management - keep the resource database updated and provide the plan and release dates etc., and control the resources on-boarding/release process

  • Cost control - keep track of the budget consumption and calculate the ETC/EAC based on the inputs he/she gets from the PMs/PD

  • Reporting - accountable for delivering all kinds of project reports using the inputs from the PMs/PD. Those can be internal or external reports as needed

  • Acceptance administration - follow up the acceptance documents signature and do all the acceptance administration management part with the client

  • Risk management administration - keep and update the risk register based on the inputs from the PMs/PD

  • SUB K Management - Follow and maintain Onboarding and release of Sub K resources

  • Compliance tracking - Make Sure all project resources are following mandatory Security compliances

What you'll bring

+ + 2 years experience proven experience in project coordination or administration.

  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity in project management tools and software.

  • Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulations.

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
