Job Description Summary

The Product and Clinical Sales Specialist for MR Life Cycle is a customer facing individuals responsible for strategizing, forecasting, executing and implementing GE's MR upgrades, lift and replacement at GE MR users. Each individual will be expected to understand and articulate the IB offerings within his/her specific market highlighting the value proposition tailored to his/her customers. He/she will be working in collaboration with the account community including virtual sales, service sales and equipment sales channels. It requires key collaboration skills to unite, educate, and engage cross-functional and local account teams. This job requires strong interpersonal skills and act as a resource for colleagues. May lead small projects to improve business outcomes and gain business expertise.

Job Description

Essential responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales orders, margin, market share, customer satisfaction of key diagnostic imaging modalities and business solutions in [insert locations]

  • Develop good long term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team and Company/GE businesses

  • Compiling lists of prospective customers and sales leads. Follow up as necessary

  • Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow-up

  • Prepare and co-ordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with Sales Account Managers

  • Providing pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities

  • Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings

  • Co-ordinate customer follow-up and installed base actions to ensure maximum retention rate

  • Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company

  • Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available

  • Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data

  • Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues

  • Generates, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers

  • Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes Quality Specific Goals:

  • Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs

  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System. Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.

  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) or significant selling experience in a medical field

  • Previous Technical and clinical expertise in the MR modality (Must)

  • Selling & Negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Technical expertise in Interventional is valued

  • Able to travel

  • Arabic -fluent, English - advanced

  • Team working skills (incl. ability to harness resources to achieve goal)
