Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Administrative Assistant to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working in a mega project in Riyadh

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data

  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

  • Gathers statistics and general data; reviews and combines this information into established reports for use within and outside the unit.

  • May develop new reports or revise existing reports, as directed. Such reports may be in spreadsheet or graphical formats, or narrative-style word processing. May be responsible for verifying data gathered, such as matching supplier invoices against file copies. Distributes reports as directed by immediate supervisor.

What required skills you'll bring:

  • Diploma or Bachelors in any relevant field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.

  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

  • Saudi Nationals only.
