Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide variety of duties such as, but not limited to; Sorting and delivering mail, shipping, meeting/event set up and support services, reception services, stocking and maintaining of various supplies.

  • Ability to commute to location in and around the greater Chicagoland area

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Reliable and self-motivated

  • Able to communicate effectively with different types of people throughout all levels

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks

  • Can work successfully individually or in a team environment

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

    Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Can stand or be on feet for long periods

  • Must have reliable transportation
