Waste Connections CDL Driver in Riverton, Wyoming

Wyoming Waste, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a full-time Driver to work in Riverton, WY.

Pay will be $21.00-22.00 per hour DOE.

This is a Monday-Friday day shift. Starting time of 6:30 am.

We offer competitive pay (depending on experience), family benefits, 401k, vacation.

Ability to:

  • Driver must have a valid and current DOT Medical Card

  • Driver must have a clean and safe driving record

  • Basic knowledge of regional operating area preferred

  • Driver must be able to complete daily pre/post trip inspections

  • Must be able to keep vehicle clean and operational

  • Driver must be able to perform the physical abilities of climbing in and out of truck on a regular basis

  • Knowledge of the Smith Safe Driving System preferred

  • Performs repairs and assigned preventive maintenance services.

  • Ability to effectively communicate needed repairs or tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Must have at least 1+ year of driving experience in inclement weather conditions

  • Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement as a minimum.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
