Job Description:

Be prepared to work in and enjoy a fast paced, team oriented environment where working under pressure and meeting deadlines will be a requirement. Primary responsibilities will be to review vendor invoices for accuracy of sales tax being charged or accruing tax on purchases, international invoice tax review, preparation of sales and use tax returns, account reconciliations, preparation of journal entries, and participate in special projects around the sales and use tax function. Will be a critical member of the team and cross training with other team members will be a must.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of Sales and Use Tax or other relevant tax and accounting experience

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good Judgment

  • Attention to detail

  • Analytical & Research Skills

  • Good communication skills and process improvement skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to absorb info from several sources to come to logical decision

  • Strong Excel skills
