**[Plan, coordinate and direct all toolroom functions to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
**[1. Troubleshoot problems with injection molds
**[2. Repair, fix and implement engineering changes of molds
**[3. Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions
**[4. Make fixture details
**[5. Communicate with outside vendors when outsourcing
**[6. Work with various departments to implement customer concerns
**[7. Ensure the effective implementation of TS 16949 standards
**[8. Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained
**[9. Follow the safety rules, report safety problems and all injuries, regardless of severity.
**[10. Ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.
