Description

We are in search of a proficient Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst/Administrator to elevate our sales operations through the efficient management and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales platform. The perfect candidate will assume a pivotal role in comprehending business requirements, delivering user support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our CRM system. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, encompassing understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and contributing to the implementation of solutions aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our business. This position will report to the Director of Sales Development and Training. Kansas City based candidate strongly preferred but other situations will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 Sales platform, focusing on user management, data quality, and system health.

  • Support business customers and superusers with operational application issues.

  • Provide timely and proactive incident fixing and testing.

  • Test enhancements and bug fixes, oversee user acceptance, regression and integration testing.

  • Coordinate training sessions to end-users on how to effectively use Dynamics 365 CE features.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.

  • Collaborate with the business teams and non-technical stakeholders gather insights, feedback, and to understand and document business requirements related to the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and superusers to articulate and implement change requests; Convert business requirements into technical specifications for configuring and customizing the system.

  • Expert in the applications, software, data and business context.

  • Collaborate with IT and various departments to integrate Dynamics 365 Sales into the business and work with other business applications, ensuring a smooth and seamless flow of data between systems.

  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement.

  • Collaborate in the Design and creation of reports and dashboards to provide insights into Sales, marketing, and Customer Service Performance.

  • Stay knowledgeable about updates and new features in Dynamics 365 Sales.

  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, team members, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and any changes to scope or timelines; to include coordination with IT Department and Dynamics development team to implement new CRM features and functionality.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Administrator or Business Analyst.

  • Strong understanding of Sales processes and CRM best practices.

  • Knowledge of Dynamics Customer Journeys (Marketing), and Customer Service modules are advantageous.

  • Knowledge of the wider Microsoft stack is advantageous including the Power Platform.

  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
