Welcome to the exciting world of MAT Holdings, Inc.  We are an entrepreneurial manufacturer and distributor leveraging a vast network of global and domestic resources to deliver quality and value to our customers. 

You will find our products in home improvement centers, big box retailers, hardware stores and automotive parts chains.  They can also be found in the automobiles you drive, the trailers you pull and the heavy duty equipment that operates all around you.

The warehouse manager coordinates activities of workers engaged in both inbound and outbound shipping. This includes verifying and keeping records on outgoing shipments, preparing items for shipment and managing product storage within the facility. Serves as an example to subordinates and enforces all applicable safety rules.

Compensation range $65,000-95,000

Principle Responsibilities

  • Reviews orders to determine shipping priorities, work assignments & equipment required to meet shipping schedules

  • Oversees outgoing shipping activities to ensure other fulfillment accuracy, completeness, & condition of loads

  • Responsible for leading his/her shift in the efficient processing of freight, including receiving, storage order picking, & loading for all customers

  • Inspects material handling equipment for defects & notifies maintenance personnel or contacts outside service facility for repair

  • Issue written & oral instructions

  • Responsible for the accuracy of all work performed

  • Responsible for adherence & execution of standardized procedures

  • Maintain good housekeeping in the area & adhere to established Company Safety policies at all times

Education/Experience

  • A high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a warehouse environment working with equipment and machinery

  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience

  • Knowledge and expertise in distribution operations and facility management

  • Broad knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations, and transportation systems required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel

  • Awareness of OSHA safety rules required

  • SAP knowledge a plus

  • RF proficiency a plus

Physical/Environmental Demands:

Must be able to Lift Weights or Exert force up to 50 lbs

Must be able to stand, walk, use fingers or hands, reach up to 2/3 of the time.
