  • Responsible for the comprehensive management and coordination of public procurement, representing the company before public administrations.

  • Registration in new digital platforms, requested by the public administration.

  • Responsible for the project in the proposal preparation phase, coordinating multidisciplinary work teams (administrative, technical, financial, legal, etc.) in order to obtain the most competitive and highest quality offer possible, respecting the established deadlines.

  • Preparation, drafting, review of documents and approval of offers.

  • Making inquiries and observations related to the requirements of the bidding processes.

  • Submission of bids to the bidding body through the electronic office or through the procedure specified for each opportunity, as well as follow-up until award.

  • Preparation of corrections, clarifications and documentation.

  • Communicate and coordinate the different communications between the parties involved in the opportunity.

  • Review the contract to proceed to its signature.

  • Maintenance and updating of the documentary base for the preparation of proposals (contests).

  • Request and Cancellation of Guarantees

  • Legal documents maintenance

  • Knowledge of the legislation related to the public sector contracts law (LCSP).

  • Knowledge and operation of the different digital platforms used in Spanish public procurement

  • Native Spanish language

  • High English level

  • 5 years experience on public tenders management
