Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Host/Food Runner to join our team. As a Host/Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring smooth service flow. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and efficiently running food orders to tables.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner - Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet our quality standards - Assist servers and other staff as needed to provide excellent service - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously

Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Positive attitude and a team player - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
