Key Responsibilities:
Accurately observe, measure and record product characteristics as noted on inspection plans and process sheets.
Act properly and timely when out of control conditions or nonconforming product is detected.
Effectively communicate job related information.
Maintain a clean safe, and organized work area.
Perform other duties as required.
Competency Requirements:
- Understand process sheets used in the cell operation.
- Understand the use of the SPC programs for molding characteristic variables.
- Understand and follow internal quality policy and job related procedures.
- Proficient at the use of measuring equipment used in the cell area.
- Combined responsibility for total production in designated cell.
