Excellent Total Compensation Package for Our Distribution Center Associates!

  • Starting pay at $19.00 plus $1.00 shift differential for shifts that start after 2 pm

  • Flexible overtime options

  • $500 referral bonus available

  • Annual merit increases with max rate of $25.00 plus shift differential

  • All full-time Dollar Tree DC Associates are eligible for up to 48 hours of holiday pay.

  • All full-time Dollar Tree DC Associates who have completed 180 days of employment and who work an average of 35 hours per week will be eligible for PTO. If hired during the first or second fiscal quarter, 2 days will be given for the remainder of the year. The full grant of 11 days will be given at the beginning of the next fiscal year. Year 2-4 will grant 16 days, year 5-14 will grant 21 days, and 15+ years will grant 25.5 days.
