Job Description:

Our client is seeking a experienced Project Manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical/science based project management and methodologies/frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban and Hybrid. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and timelines, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various project management methodologies to drive project success.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines accurately.

  • Lead cross-functional teams for project execution.

  • Evaluate and enhance project performance.

  • Oversee daily project activities and ensure effective communication.

  • Identify and address risks promptly, involving stakeholders as needed.

  • Ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget project delivery.

  • Facilitate project closure and drive updates to standard procedure documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (pharma/life sciences).

  • Experience in pharmaceutical IT and data governance required.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects autonomously.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to monitor project timelines and mitigate risks effectively.

Pay:60-64 per hr
