Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the facility's public areas, office spaces, locker rooms, break rooms, and common use spaces.

  • Keep assigned areas and applicable equipment in good working condition.

  • Transferring product to concession stands/carts.

  • Assist in pre-event setup through various duties.

  • Assist in post event breakdown.

  • Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment in assigned sections.

  • Proactively approach guests that may have a question, difficulty, or complaint.

  • Handle complaints, disturbances, or related problems with guests in an effective manner. Forward complaint to Supervisor or Event Manager as applicable.

  • Ensure guests are following all policies and code of conduct requirements.

  • Keep aisles, concourses, and stairs clear of guests while event is in progress.

  • Identify and respond to emergencies, involving Security or Supervisors as appropriate.

  • Remain calm and direct guests to the designated area of safety in the event of an emergency.
