Job Summary

This role will serve as the technical expert in specialized planning, budgeting, and forecasting through the support and development of the company’s corporate modeling software Anaplan.

Will serve as a guide and mentor to the DEV Finance organization providing training, procedures and processes that support the company’s financial planning.

Ability to work as a lead in cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, develop model strategies, develop technical design solutions, and provide actionable decisions that support the requirements of the company’s annual and long-term planning process.

Help define enterprise data and technology needs to support financial planning and forecasting.

Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

The knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience required for entry into this job include the following:

A minimum of 7 years directly related experience in software-based financial planning, budgeting and forecasting to include: financial modeling, data and hierarchy structuring, data transformation, and platform/user administration;

Demonstrated competency in identifying and solving problems, and in logical and analytical thinking;

Demonstrated ability to research and understand customer processes and issues;

Ability to work independently and to lead/mentor teams;

Ability to handle deadlines and pressure with concern for quality;

Strong conceptual thinking and reasoning abilities;

Demonstrated competency in verbal, written and presentation communication;

Demonstrated self-starter with self-control and flexibility;

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor preferred in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics

Master preferred in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
