Please review the following job description:

Design and administer Scorecards, Leaderboards, and other various forms of performance reporting to Mortgage Teammates, Managers and Executive Leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Produce and distribute monthly Scorecard and Leaderboard reporting to teammates and managers.

  2. Build data models that assist in Mortgage Leadership's decision making.

  3. Produce accurate and on time reports while delivering exceptional customer service.

  4. Maintain adherence to all SOX Controls, EUC guidelines, and PPM requirements.

  5. Assist with ad hoc requests when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  1. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training.

  2. Two or more years of mortgage banking experience and/or financial services experience.

  3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation

  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple high priority initiatives.

  6. Strong attention to detail.

  7. Works well with others in a group setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Working knowledge of SQL, Relational Databases, and dashboard reporting systems.

  2. Experience with HR systems.
