Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic individual to join a travel insurance company's HR team in Richmond. This position will be pivotal in creating a positive and productive work environment. This candidate has the opportunity to shape the employee experience and redefine what office management and local HR look like. The annual salary for this position ranges from 50-55k depending on the candidate's previous experiences.

Responsibilities

Office Management Responsibilities:

-Manage daily office operations in our Richmond office, including ordering equipment and miscellaneous supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

-Liaise with suppliers for various office needs and ensure timely deliveries.

-Prepare hourly timesheet data and assist in payroll processing.

-Manage and track invoices.

HR Responsibilities:

-Serve as the main point of contact for all CX and Claims employees regarding HR-related matters.

-Ensure equitable and fair administration of HR processes and procedures

-Establish and maintain a fair, equitable, and compliant workspace

-Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation sessions.

-Handle employee requests and questions directly, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

-Organize and coordinate "Happy Hours," company events, team-building activities, and personal events.

Manage the budget allocated for welfare activities effectively, ensuring cost-conscious decisions.

-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee welfare, incorporating new ideas and approaches to enhance the employee experience.
