Family Priority is offering sign-on bonuses for a dedicated BCBA who joins our Virginia team!

Family Priority is a community-based agency established in 2001 that has grown to one of the largest ABA providers in Virginia. We invite you to join a team of 12 BCBAs/BCaBAs and over 40 behavior assistants dedicated to providing the highest quality of home-based ABA services.

We are currently hiring a BCBA for Richmond and the surrounding communities.  Family Priority’s behavior analysts supervise diverse caseloads of children with a wide variety of diagnoses and treatment needs and have the flexibility to provide direct services.

Candidates must have BCBA or BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Licensure from the Virginia Board of Medicine (or be license eligible). Experience working with children One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
