Job/Position DescriptionThis position works to support the functions of the Support Services Division by coordinating schedules, completing a varying array of tasks, and responsibilities. Performs routine (journey-level) administrative support work. Work involves disseminating information, maintaining filing systems, and performing internal administrative support work. Works under moderate supervision of the Risk Manager, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This position may act as a back up to all Support Services departments specifically when vacancies occur to support operations and may also be utilized to support other departments as needed in preparation and response for survey and monitoring visits.Essential Job FunctionsAttends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or, at times, even a rotating schedule, extended shift and/or overtime in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned.Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to actively participating and/or serving in a supporting role to meet the agencyand#146;s obligations for disaster response and/or recovery or Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation.
