The expected annual salary range for this role is $78750.0 - $115500.0 a year.

What you’ll do:

You will perform all necessary tasks associated with the support of aircraft fleet, up-keep of facility and equipment, and other various duties as assigned by management.

What’s in it for you?

In this role, you’ll engage in a variety of tasks that include maintaining, repairing, inspecting, troubleshooting, servicing, testing, ground handling, fueling, and cleaning our Challenger 300 aircraft—all in line with Federal Aviation Regulations and our internal policies.

You’ll be instrumental in completing aircraft records and returning aircraft to service after maintenance. Your responsibilities will also extend to keeping the hangar, ground support equipment, shop facilities, and fuel farm in pristine, safe, and operational condition. As a proactive team player, you’ll provide ‘On-Call’ support for company aircraft, participate in departmental projects, and contribute to non-aircraft related tasks to enhance department efficiency.

Your keen eye for detail will be crucial for performing pre and post-flight inspections. You’ll manage the ordering, receiving, shipping, and tracking of aircraft parts and inventory with our computer tracking programs. A solid understanding of OHSA-required safety tasks is essential, as you’ll assist with scheduling training, tracking tasks, and maintaining internal safety programs.

Additionally, international travel may be required to support aircraft and maintenance-related training, ensuring you’re at the forefront of industry standards and practices.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of Business Aircraft Aviation Maintenance experience.

  • Possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
