Build, Configure, Install, and upgrade Servers and Workstations. Build, Configure, Install, and upgrade Workstations. Responsible for the implementation, testing on Change Healthcare Radiology products, as well as providing Teir1 level of technical support and troubleshooting (hardware/software/network) to both internal and external Change Healthcare customers. This includes installing and unpacking hardware, installing/upgrading/configuring servers and workstations, to ensure that system performance is in accordance to specifications for optimal patient care/regulatory requirements. Responsible for integration of Change Healthcare Radiology’s solutions with other Change Healthcare and 3rd party products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deploying, implementing and configuring all purchased Change Healthcare Radiology products and solutions

  • Performing software and hardware installation and/or upgrade, system configuration, quality testing, and documentation according to Change Healthcare defined processes

  • Test, benchmark, and verify that the implemented system is error free and functional prior to delivery to the customer

  • Work closely with customers to benchmark, design, plan and implement Radiology solutions

  • Responsible for onsite asset review included as part of the implementation and transition to the Support group

  • Performing software and hardware installation and/or upgrade, system configuration, quality testing, and documentation according to Change Healthcare defined processes

  • Responsible for all parts issued for builds which include counting, recording, exchange, replacement, report shortages and filing RMA reports

  • Perform Final Quality Assurance for finished systems as assigned in accordance to Enterprise Imaging quality system

  • Resolve technical problems, analyze and evaluate issues that may occur during implementation

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT experience implementing Information Systems (or related) experience building and configuring systems as well as supporting both internal and external customers

  • Proven understanding of Network topology and protocols

  • Proven Active Directory knowledge and understanding

  • Proven advanced troubleshooting (SQL, Oracle, Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Networking, Hardware)

  • Experience with Windows based applications such as Word, Excel, and MS server 2019 and SQL 2019

  • Ability to travel up to 75% if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology diploma or equivalent or related experience

  • MCSE and/or A+ Certification an asset Security+ certification

  • Experience in medical information systems

  • Ability to lift 80 lbs. of computer equipment on a continues basis

  • Ability to working in a confined space for extended period of time

Canada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Canada residents is $61,400 to $127,500 annually/per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
