ABOUT THE ROLE The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring supplies are accurately distributed to crews in good condition and in a timely manner. This role preps and loads supplies and equipment and maintains the necessary paperwork to record product movement. Essential Functions Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication and transportation of materials, tooling & equipment Prefabrication of various electrical assemblies Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles Complete and maintain inventories Maintain condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.) Follow company safety policies and procedures Receive and fill orders Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver materials & tooling Regular and predictable attendance The essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company designated office or field location Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable. Other duties as assigned ABOUT YOU Qualifications 1-5 years of warehouse experience required High School Diploma or GED is required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with tool/material tracking databases, Tool Watch preferred Basic math skills Ability to problem solve Positive attitude and team player Self-starter Attentive to details Organized, punctual, reliable Ability to obtain a Class A driver's license within 60 days of hire, preferred WHAT WE OFFER Compensation & Benefits Salary - Commensurate with experience, paid weekly.
