ABOUT THE ROLE The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring supplies are accurately distributed to crews in good condition and in a timely manner. This role preps and loads supplies and equipment and maintains the necessary paperwork to record product movement. Sturgeon Electric's power line, or Transmission and Distribution (T&D) construction division provides a full-range of capabilities related to transmission, distribution and substation construction. Essential Functions Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication and transportation of materials, tooling & equipment Prefabrication of various electrical assemblies Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles Complete and maintain inventories Maintain condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.) Follow company safety policies and procedures Receive and fill orders Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver materials & tooling Regular and predictable attendance The essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company designated office or field location Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable.
