An advanced degree (MS or PhD) may substitute for 1-2 or 1-3 years of related work experience. As a Software Analyst in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include: Work within small manufacturing IS team to maintain and support an MES Database and floor applications for the Richland nuclear fuel fabrication facility (inventory control, recipe management, quality control, machine integration, machine automation, ERP interfaces) Interact directly with internal customers to define project requirements and evaluate the resulting software solution. Project sizes vary from small 1-day assignments to multiple month team projects. Provide written documentation and assist in end user training. Comply with rigorous software QA and safety procedures. Provide support for software solutions (problem resolution, enhancements, retirement) This position requires occasional travel.
