Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities Maintenance Technician in Richland, Washington

Hampton Inn Richland is looking to hire 1 Maintenance employee to add to our team!

This position is responsible for maintaining the building and grounds using basic skills in the areas of electrical, plumbing, painting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance. Complete setup and teardown of conference room space. Shuttle driver is responsible for picking up and the safe delivery of our guests to and from various locations and requires a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

· Job duties include but are not limited to: Familiarize yourself with entire hotel and equipment

· Learn placement and function for all critical operating equipment

· Perform maintenance tasks and shuttle service as assigned

· Complete and sign daily checklist on each shift

· Responsible for the setup and teardown of meeting rooms

· Complete all maintenance request items in a timely manner

· Perform guest room door lock repairs as needed

· Provide excellent customer service to all guests you may come in contact with

The shifts would be 3 swings (3p-11p) and 2 graves (11:00pm-7am), weekends required.
