We are currently seeking a Billing Specialist for our Richland, WA location. This position offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in joining our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Prepare client invoices using a custom Oracle-based system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Comply with customer specifications regarding invoicing. Meet billing deadlines and support project collections. Maintain contract budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Assist the financial management team and project managers with ad-hoc report preparation as needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; previous billing experience preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize duties. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Independent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to work with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds. Experience with US Government invoice processes is preferred but not required. Experience with Oracle or other databases is preferred but not required. A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions. Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience. Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 hr. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience and demonstrated work experience in the above role; skills, certifications, and competencies that align to the specified role; geographic location; and education, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
