About This Opportunity JOB TITLE: Production Associate POSITION TYPE: Full time CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt STARTING PAY \$24.31 per hour, plus an additional \$2.00/hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00PM - 6:00AM. Pay increases to \$24.56 per hour at three months and \$26.24 per hour after 6 months. All new hires start on 2nd (2:00 pm- 10:00 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:00PM - 6:00AM) floaters, learning a wide range of skills across the facility. Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis.
