JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Lifeguards. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of all pool guests while providing excellent guest service. Duties: - Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and prevent accidents. - Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. - Perform water rescues when necessary and provide first aid or CPR. - Conduct routine pool inspections and assist with pool cleaning and maintenance. - Provide exceptional guest services and respond to guest inquiries or concerns promptly. - Assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed. Qualifications: - Must hold a current Lifeguard certification. - Proficient in First Aid and CPR techniques. - Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks when required. - Experience in pool maintenance is a plus. - Strong swim skills are essential for this role. - Excellent communication and guest service skills.
