Job Summary: (insert details)
Provides support to the H&W Warranty Department and Owners facility for the first year of post construction.
Support Facilities Manager with building maintenance & repairs at HW corporate office including cleaning, painting, drywall, lighting, plumbing, etc.
Coordinate with outside repairmen to complete necessary repairs of HW corporate office and at projects.
Ability to make repairs as needed at projects.
Job Requirements :

Experience in maintenance or related field.
Excellent attention to detail.
An independent worker that excels with minimal direction. Self-motivator.
Ability to deal with multiple priorities.
Training or experience in some of the following areas: carpentry, drywall, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, flooring, and cleaning, heating, and air-conditioning.
Ability to work nights and weekends as required. On call 24 – 7.
Occasional overnight travel.
Skills in word & excel for reporting.
General Computer skills.
Must be able to lift 45 lbs. minimum. Load and unload tools and materials.
Operate hand and power tools.
Perform job clean-up.
Other duties as directed by the Warranty Manager and Warranty Administrator.
