Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

In this role an energetic professional with in-depth knowhow of Building management system (BMS) in the Middle East. His role is to provide technical support and training (Engineering/commissioning) to our channel partners.

• Delivered technical workshops and training sessions for partners.

• Offered on-site commissioning assistance and troubleshooting support when needed.

• Managed technical inquiries from partners, resolving issues and logging them for future reference.

• Diagnosed malfunctioning equipment and validated warranty claims.

• Maintained the accuracy and timeliness of technical support documentation.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

• University Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

• 5-10 years’ experience in engineering role in BMS and HVAC Controls .

• Desigo BMS system commissioning experience with Desigo CC is preferred.

• Extensive BACnet Protocol experience - trouble shooting proven capabilities.

• familiar with support ticket processing systems is preferred.

• Excellent communicator - fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.

• Confident, well-organized team player who can also work well independently.

• Self-starter, ready to go the extra mile and get the job done.
