COUNTY OF ONEIDA Account Technician - Clerk of Courts in RHINELANDER, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Oneida County is accepting applications to fill a full-time Account Technician position with the Clerks of Courts Office. This deputized position uses the standard operation policies and procedures of the Clerk of Courts per Wisconsin Statues to provide a full range of accounting functions, business support and collections duties for the Clerk of Courts office. This position processes, monitors and reconciles funds for court fines, fees and other costs, and disburses these funds to the state, county and other municipalities, as well as attorneys and the public. This position also monitors and maintains outstanding court ordered fees, reimbursements and monitors all trust account records. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates must have a high school degree or equivalent, plus an Associate\'s Degree and one-year experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field, however an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. One-year of additional work experience in a legal field is preferred but not required.
