Warehouse Supervisor

  • Supervise Warehouse Personnel.

  • Supervise the accurate receiving procedures in Oracle or other Systems.

  • Coordinates with IMP/EX & Internal Carriers Shipping activities between Plant and Wh1.

  • Ensure on time delivery of RM pulls to the Plant and other sites.

  • Issues material to Plant site as the need arises.

  • Ensures 99% Inventory Accuracy of Warehouse1 thru standard methodologies and root cause analysis.

  • Supervise Warehouse Staff

  • Monitors Forklift Equipment and Electronic tools to ensure efficient conditions.

  • Ensures the accurate application of Scanning Methods to Meet 99% Warehouse Accuracy.

  • Coordinate the Operations within multiple Emerson locations.

  • Coordinates Cycle Counting Program.

  • Supports Continuous Improvement in material handling and inventory accuracy.

  • Use of the Best Practices, Company’s Policies and Teamwork Environment.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience

  • 3 / 5 years' experience in the Maquiladora Environment

  • 60-70% English

Preferred

  • Experience in Staff Managing

  • Experience with Warehousing, Inventories & Supply Chain Flow

  • Oracle Experience Preferred

  • Excel proficiency
