In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Resolve procurement needs of the company, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

Supervise inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.

Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement processes and drive cost savings.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information in our systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of procurement activities.

Identify and resolve any supply chain issues to ensure detailed execution of procurement plans.

Need good communication abilities to discuss multiple situations and have daily revisions with suppliers

When required, expediting material is top priority to assure material availability.

Reviewing and maintaining accurate material planning parameters which help promote appropriate inventory management and projections.

Weekly MRP analysis and execution assuring accurate material flow to satisfy production needs.

Continuous improvement projects and implementation of kanban/pull systems to help reduce inventory.

Assuring accurate PO maintenance and planning to meet internal and external customer requirements.

Deviations and Engineering changes are involved in the existing planning process, need to assure there is control, monitoring and coordination with other supporting departments E&O involvement to help dispose of obsolete material.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Confirmed experience in procurement or supply chain management

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sophisticated environment

  • Proficient in both English and Spanish

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge on manufacturing systems such as MRP, BOM's, Pull Systems and Raw Material purchases.
