Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform their functions on time for the engineering department, as well as implement control methods for the tooling used in the production lines and their maintenance programs.

  • Continuous improvement plans.

  • Calculation of equipment capacities based on product specifications.

  • Promotion of activities related to improving productivity by any means of quality improvement, cost reduction or increase in product delivery.

  • Preparation of layouts.

  • Control of equipment drawings.

  • Tooling inventory maintenance.

  • Preparation of AQP & PFEMA.

  • Knowledge of automation and control systems, problem solving skills.

  • Develop and/or updating of work instructions for each operation.

  • Develop of AR's to require new equipment.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineer.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Management of computer packages.

  • Ability to work in a team, Leadership.

  • Knowledge of programming languages.

  • Management of 3D design software.

  • Knowledge of tools and machinery.

  • Knowledge of equipment balancing.

  • Knowledge of cell balancing.

  • Documentation of WI's, AQP's and 8D's.

  • English 80%

  • Availability to travel abroad
