Project Manager, Store Design & Construction (SD&C), Victoria's Secret Stores, LLC, Reynoldsburg, OH and New York, NY. Support International Store development and provide project leadership skills to manager and influence internal and external partners in a collaborative manner to execute projects efficiently to support growth strategies. Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners and engage and influence partners to eliminate barriers. Develop plans to execute projects and remain flexible to support change and innovation that supports VS & Co's continued evolution in the fashion industry. Manage pre-project support / due diligence (i.e. ready to start documents, scheduling, budgets, and resource strategies). Advocate for brand integrity by displaying a clear understanding of brand objectives to effectively communicate local conditions / requirements that would impact the design / branding of the space. Support negotiations to ensure that brand standards are achieved with landlords, franchise partners, and local authorities. Maintain excellent branded environments and open stores with a high degree of excellence. Understand design concepts, interior construction methods, forecasting, sourcing, scheduling, logistics, and managing budgets. Manage the design drawings / construction document process in close partnership with the design team and/or franchise partner. Manage submission processes and coordination of the revision process (with the franchise partner in the case of non-company owned stores). Display an in-depth knowledge of the details, assemblies, and critical branded elements utilized in the construction of the stores. Teach local resources how to execute correctly and ensure high quality results. Assess the talent of local resources, management experience, and organizational awareness to develop effective external teams. Monitor and manage budgets and schedules (including risks with submissions and FFE delivery), prioritizing early identification of issues and appropriate escalations. Quality control and manage punch completion to ensure excellent brand representations to the customer. Support design development (supporting the development of constructible details, potential value engineering, etc.). Display a fundamental understanding of international logistic processes and documentation (AWB, CI, BL, COO, Parts list, etc.) required for international shipping. Support project reviews, identifying areas for potential improvements. Frequent International Travel (30%). Remote Work Available. Telecommuting required -- employee may live anywhere in the United States. Min. req incl: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field of study and five years of experience including 5 years of international store design and construction; 5 years of experience managing multi-level, street retail, and mall project stores; 5 years of experience with international logistics processes and documentation, including AWB, CI, BL, COO, and Parts List required for international shipping; 5 years of experience supporting high brand standards and substantial tenant improvements and build-outs; 5 years of experience with company owned and franchise models; and 5 years of experience with design and its interpretation and adaptation within international markets.  Frequent International Travel (30%).
