Manager, MGT BPMO, Mast Technology Services, Inc., Reynoldsburg, OH. Expected to lead all aspects (project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication and cost) of medium complexity, multi-faceted projects. Provide individual work stream project management in complex to very complex projects or programs.  Expected to be able to apply knowledge of multiple methodologies, tools and templates and be able to create and maintain work products with minimal guidance. This role begins base coaching, sharing and teaching of lower banded BPMO roles and may aid in the on-boarding of new employees. Expected to run as an independent expert across the BPMO.  Independently execute medium complexity projects; or execute high complexity efforts with coaching from more senior Brand Portfolio and Program Management Office staff. Support business process analysis/design, stakeholder needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align technology solutions with business strategies and direction. Provide leadership to assigned project teams to ensure project alignment with the business objectives. Support the portfolio management decision process through the creation of project charters, scope definition, risk assessments, budgets, and business value articulation. Apply project management and systems development lifecycle process to information technology projects from the original concept through the final implementation. Coordinate the activities of the project team. Lead project teams in the development and implementation of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans. Gather and analyze data to identify trends that support visibility to potential issues and inconsistencies. Anticipate and identify issues inhibiting successful project delivery. Monitor and assess project progress and drive communications. Prepare status reports, management reporting and presentations for executives. Facilitate resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation of action items, risks, and issues to senior management. Coordinate projects with other on-going efforts. Lead in the assessment of inter-project/initiative dependencies and gauge the financial impact and risk of the project. Manage the project scope change process including the facilitation of issue/gap identification and resolution with business units, systems areas, channel managers, and product managers. Provide leadership for internal and external resource management activities including vendor management of distributed resources. Lead and manage the negotiation and integration of vendor tasks and tracks and review vendor deliverables. Perform other related duties as assigned. Remote Work Available. Req incl: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field of study and 8 years of experience, including 8 years of technology project delivery; 3 years of specialty experience in Project Management; 3 years creating and maintaining project schedules in MS Project; 3 years managing project resource actual and allocated hours in Clarity; 3 years managing project financials in SAP, Hyperion, or a similar tool; 3 years capturing and managing project controls (scope, risks, issues, key decisions, action items) via an Excel template or in Jira; 3 years leveraging Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce to track project progress and maintain project data and visibility; and 3 years leveraging MS Teams for project collaboration.
