Northramp is looking for smart, creative individuals interested in helping grow something truly unique in our markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive ServiceNow technical architecture experience leading large-scale implementations. The role entails assessing current state processes and tools, identifying ServiceNow platform solution options, defining ServiceNow solution requirements, determining integration requirements, and developing overall architecture and implementation plans. You will have demonstrated your ability to analyze and apply critical thinking to a wide variety of complex problems and partner with your customers to identify and implement practical and successful solutions that solve their most pressing challenges. As a Northramp Senior Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing junior staff, delivering quality services to our clients and expanding work under existing contracts.

We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Architect who will:

  • Demonstrate sound working knowledge of the Now Platform and core architecture and IT Service Management modules, including Service Catalog, Incident, Change, CMDB, Asset Management, Service Level, Knowledge, Mobile Agent, and Self-Service Portal

  • Provide expert consulting, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge, of ServiceNow architecture and IT Service Management principles

  • Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well understood, documented, and actionable

  • Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints and how they can improve ServiceNow experience for our clients

  • Exhibit hands-on experience with the design and implementation and support of ServiceNow IT Service Management capabilities such as Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Knowledge Management practices, and know how these, and the other ITIL practices, integrate

  • Attend and lead meetings, as needed, to solicit feedback from stakeholders regarding various modules of the tool whenever change is warranted or requested

  • Lead ServiceNow team of developer, administrator, and business analyst to execute all facets of ServiceNow including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance

  • Must be able to work independently on a project, seeing it from inception to completion

  • Strong written and oral communications required

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Ability to pass, and maintain, a federal background check and drug screen successfully

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in information technology

  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow and 2+ years as a ServiceNow architect

  • Extensive experience working with clients to understand and document business requirements and implementing information technology solutions / initiatives / service automation that meet their business requirements

  • Experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing information technology solutions / initiatives / service automation

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to readily translate complex technical information to non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage, inspire and grow teams

  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong collaboration, client communication and handling skills

  • Ability to leverage resources to get things done with timeliness and quality

  • Innovation, Continual Improvement, and Customer Experience focus

Desired Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Master Architect certification

  • ITIL v4 certifications
