About this position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, assessing, and ultimately hiring qualified candidates to fill job positions within our company. Your primary duties will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating and posting job listings, actively sourcing and engaging potential candidates through various channels, reviewing resumes and applications, collaborating to set up interviews, and managing the overall recruitment process.

Salary Range: $15 to $20 per hour - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications

Commission: Uncapped, with a tiered structure to reward high performers, as per the company's incentive plan.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to create detailed job requirements and selection criteria, including client-specific needs.
  • Post job openings according to the company's established workflow.
  • Utilize job boards and an applicant tracking system (ATS) for managing resumes and assessing candidates' suitability for various roles.
  • Source and screen candidates who match the job requirements and skill sets required by the company.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-screening calls to gauge candidates' qualifications, introduce the company's profile and benefits, and discuss compensation.
  • Coordinate with project team contacts to arrange technical interviews andassistwith the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and accounting teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for external recruitment agencies and consultants.
  • Employ organizational skills to manage andmaintainrelationships with current and potential candidates, fostering long-term connections.
  • Attendindustry events and conferences to expand networks of potential clients and candidates.
  • Follow a comprehensive recruitment workflow to providetimelyand high-quality services to both the company and candidates.

Required Education/Qualifications:

  • Experience:6 months to 1+ year in Technical Recruitment or 6 months to 1+ year customer-facing roles like Sales, Customer Service, or pre-sales roles that demonstrate key skills in Communication, Active Listening, Patience, Empathy, Organizing Skills, and Negotiation
  • Location:East Coast preferred, but open to all time zones. If not located on the East Coast, the candidate must start work by 10 AM Eastern Time.
  • Learning and Communication:Eager to learn technical terminology with excellent verbal, written, and social media communication skills.
  • Work Style:Self-motivated, capable of both independent and collaborative work, with strong active listening and relationship-building abilities.
  • Professional Skills:Positive and professional demeanor, skilled in multitasking, adapting to changing priorities, and creative problem-solving.
  • Work Authorization:Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without future visasponsorship requirements.
  • Education:High school diploma or higher required. Preference will be given to candidates with recruiting experience or relevant external customer-facing roles in Sales or Customer Service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working withClearanceJobsor similar job board sites (creating candid te pipelines, creating workflows,constructingand running candidate searches, communicating to candidates efficiently).
