Overview

*This position is contingent upon award of contract*

SOSi is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Program Manager to support a federal customer with program management of a network infrastructure program consisting of approximately 100 network architecture, network engineer, cloud and security personnel. Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

Essential Job Duties

Manages the day-to-day program operations and delivery. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

Minimum Requirements

Required Certifications: Active PMI PMP certification, ITIL v3 Foundation certification

Required Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience with a MA/MS degree or 12+ years of experience

with a BA/BS including at least 8 years of supervisory experience leading teams of at least 40

Required Education: MA/MS but BA/BS is acceptable in exchange for having 12+ years of experience.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in networking and information technology as well as Agile and Scrum

methodologies

• Knowledge of networking, and cloud technologies

• Experience managing program resources and budgets

• Ability to identify and mitigate program risks

• Experience maintaining an environment fostering staff satisfaction and improving retention

• Ability to generate and provide useful reports detailing program status for customers and executive leadership

• Demonstrated problem-solving, solution development, and analytical skills including performance metrics

tracking and process improvement

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications

Clearance Preference : CBP Full Background Investigation, Any DHS badge + DoD Top Secret or DoD Top

Secret + willingness to get CBP clearance

• ITIL certification

• Cloud certifications

• CMMI knowledge and experience

• Knowledge of customer technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, F5, Infoblox, NetScout, Riverbed, Palo Alto,

Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, and Microsoft
