Leidos Product Support Manager in Reston, Virginia

Description

The Multi-Domain Solutions Division at Leidos currently has an opening for a Product Support Manger (PSM) to work in our Reston, VA or Alexandria, VA office. Ability to work in Northern Virginia is preferred. Candidate working from remote locations will also be considered. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single individual to act as the primary point of contact for all technical matters relating to Product Support/Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for the ABMS DI Network

  • Develop and maintain a supportability strategy and conduct integrated product and logistics support

  • Oversee the development of a tailored strategy for and execution of GEIA-STD-0007 Product Support Analyses

  • Coordination and participation in ILSMT meetings and Provisioning Conferences as well as various Working level IPTs

  • Work with the Government Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT), composed of Government and Contractor participants for the governance of the ABMS product support effort

  • Develop, implement, and maintain an Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) that supports the integration of product support analysis, identifies management responsibilities, and outlines the approach to accomplishing the applicable Integrated Product Support Element activities to meet ABMS DI Network requirements.

  • Oversee Obsolescence Management and Diminishing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS).

  • Oversee sustainment engineering.

  • Lead maintenance planning and management for the ABMS DI Network.

  • Develop a supply support plan

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience. 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.

  • Demonstrated experience in complex program integrated logistics management. Preferably complex network design, development, and deployment.

  • Familiarity with Department of Defense (DOD) Product Support requirements and system development logistics-related matters.

  • Prior experience managing day-to-day activities associated with the planning, management, development, and deployment of the logistics support for the DI Network.

  • Experience leading Product Support on large IT programs.

  • Familiarity with Cloud and Edge Computing, Networks, Tactical Communications, Data Management, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and C4ISR systems integration.

  • Working level experience with Product Support Analyses (Provisioning, LORA, and MTA).

  • Must be U.S. Citizen.

Clearance Required:

  • Must possess a minimum of a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working on ABMS or JADC2 initiatives

  • Prior experience working with the Air Force

  • Prior C4ISR program experience including working group and/or IPT experience

  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and Earned Value Management

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,850.00 - $222,075.00
