CDM DEFEND E Deliverables Specialist

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate submission of contract deliverables which include but are not limited to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, meeting reports, presentations, and plans.
Manage and track the status of a master repository of contract deliverables.
Perform coordination activities to support schedule and project management for a Cybersecurity project.
Capture and/or support the update of risks, actions and tasks, communicated through various mediums, as defined by the project.
Develop and update routine reporting documentation, including weekly and monthly deliverables leveraging best practices and project templates
Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and recommend changes to improve efficiency and standardization
Attend client meetings, capture action items and meeting minutes, document any technical action items, provide input in the integrated master schedule, and communicate with stakeholders, as needed.
Assist the Project Lead and Deputy Program Managers with milestone management and documentation.
Support personnel onboarding activities as needed
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Break projects into achievable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Assist in the preparation of budgets
Analyze risks and opportunities
Assist with project procurement management
Monitor project progress and provide status of issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate progress blockers
Use tools to monitor resource utilization, plans and expenditures
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, procedures and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
2+ years of experience with project management
Experience with creating executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, and briefings
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to obtain a security clearance
BA or BS degree
