Location: Raleigh-Durham, NC (No relocation or long/interstate commutes)

Required Skills:

1.) Experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation. Experience leading a large scale project or initiative with a complex ecosystem.

2.) Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.

3.) Ability to address operation/process issues and experience with API testing.

The Expertise You Have

  • 6+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.

  • Proven capacity to lead clarification and 'translation' of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter.

  • Experience in building queries and general database skills are a must.

  • Leadership ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions - architecture and implementation.

  • Familiarity with restful services.

  • Bachelor's degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred.

  • Superb communication skills - written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
