Division Information PACCAR's Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector. The Role This position will lead a team that is focused on driving innovative solutions as we continue to expand our product portfolio with future technology. The position will lead a sprint team that is focusing on testing new software versions of our proprietary tool in combination with vehicle software. They will act as a strong intermediary between our PACCAR divisions and our sprint team to better understand requirements for their products and help deliver to our Kenworth, Peterbilt and Powertrain programs. This position is located in Renton, WA. The Team You will get to be part of a team that focuses on getting vehicle software to our various components on our PACCAR Trucks! Our team's development focuses on applications that enable telematics, over-the-air software updates and our service tool solutions that allow software to update our vehicles. Job Functions/Responsibilities Lead the sprint team to execute tests according to program needs, automate manual tasks and improve the test processes. Guide the team to understand and implement business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments. Anticipate and help team to overcome challenges and determine impact to program delivery. Oversee the team's execution of user story workshops for scoping projects by developing a backlog, budget and timeline. Manage program risks, issues and impediments and escalate in a timely manner. Communicate project status to senior management and project sponsors. Manage team within the department budget. Ensure compliance to agile practices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role. Demonstrated leadership and team mindset skills. Strong technical aptitude to translate business requirements to the testing team. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability toward changing priorities. Ability to work under pressure and multitask within a fast-paced environment. Strong teambuilding skills. Strong application of process improvement methodologies.
