Providence is calling a Senior Manager Demand Planning and Forecasting who will: Focus on achieving Providence's recently focused investment in shifting corporate shared services functions from a service delivery to a service performance mindset Focus on outcomes over activity Have a proven track record in demand management, strategic planning, and team leadership Play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring alignment between supply and demand in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment Partner with the Business Intelligence and Technology vertical Work closely with Sourcing and Operations leaders to ensure supply reliability and resiliency, including implementation of cost-savings and strategic optimization programs Work to elevate the performance of our supply chain (e.g., substantial improvement in performance, cost, etc.) based on REH's priorities We welcome 100% remote work for residents in the United States with the exception of the following States: Colorado Hawaii Massachusetts New York Ohio Pennsylvania Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering or another related field of study 8+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting 6+ years of leadership experience Preferred qualifications for this position include: Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Research or another related field of study Salary Range by Location: AK: Anchorage Min: $59.73 Max: $96.15 AK: Kodiak, Seward, Valdez Min: $62.26 Max: $100.22 Washington: Western Min: $62.26 Max: $100.22 Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below Min: $59.73 Max: $96.15 Washington: Tukwila Min: $62.26 Max: $100.22 Washington: Eastern Min: $53.15 Max: $85.55 Washington: South Eastern Min: $55.68 Max: $89.63 Oregon: Portland Min: $59.73 Max: $96.15 Oregon: All cities outside of Portland Min: $55.68 Max: $89.63 California: Northern California Min: $69.86 Max: $112.44 California: Humboldt Min: $62.26 Max: $100.22 California: Southern California Min: $62.26 Max: $100.22 California: Bakersfield Min: $59.73 Max: $96.15 Idaho: Min: $53.15 Max: $85.55 Montana: All cities outside of Great Falls Min: $48.09 Max: $77.41 Montana: Great Falls Min: $45.56 Max: $73.33 Nevada: Min: $62.26 Max: $100.22 New Mexico: Min: $48.09 Max: $77.41 Texas: Lubbock, Lev
