Description Senior Instructional Technology Designer Remote Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA or TX are encouraged to apply.* The Sr. Learning Designer is responsible for the design and development of learning experiences aimed to drive behavior change and meet strategic outcomes. The Learning Designer will interact with other content development leaders, team members, and subject matter experts to ensure that materials achieve the desired learning objectives. Expertise in the design field will support learning requests and work with teams to design learning activities that align and support regional and organizational goals and strategies. Knowing design and technology standards to support LMS and online delivery. Knowing various learning development technologies and ability to determine best fit for learning modality. Implementing complex Learning solutions in large cross functional organizations. Demonstrated experience creating sound educational content in a variety of non-electronic, and on-line delivery methods that incorporate various media (e.g., audio, video, interactive learning objects, animations). Demonstrated experience collaborating with SMEs to gain knowledge of content and transform knowledge solutions. Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in Organizational Design, Instructional Design, HR, Communications.
