Division Information PACCAR's Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector. The Role The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for access governance of PACCAR IT systems and comprises of two functions: Provisioning and de-provisioning of IT systems access. Performing User, Privileged and Elevated Access Reviews (Governance). The Senior IAM Developer will work closely with the IAM Manager, deputizing where necessary. The Senior IAM Developer will have an exemplary knowledge of IAM principles and processes and will assure the following outcomes: Driving improvements across operational IAM. Continuing to build relationships with IT teams, the Business and other IAM stakeholders. Ensuring IT systems are administered in compliance with the IAM policies and standards. Job Functions/Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems. Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues. Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency. Coach other members within the PACCAR Security Organization on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management. Stay up to date on current IAM threats and industry solutions. Qualifications 3+ years IAM (SailPoint- IQ/IdentityNow) toolset experience. Extensive hand-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices and procedures. Experience developing and implementing workflows, rules and custom connectors. Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc. Experienced working with JSON and Rest API's. Experienced in Windows, Lunix / Unix, scripting (PowerShell), LDAP, SQL, and web services. In-depth knowledge of security protocols (SSH, TLS, etc.). Experienced with ITSM tools (Service Now). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detailed-oriented and able to work independently. Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs. Team Player with positive attitude. Education/Training Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Science or related field strongly desired. Security and/or IAM Certifications and/or equivalent strongly preferred. Physical Demands Sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time. Availability to work "on-call" 24 hours/day for emergencies, flexibility in schedule and priority demands.
