As a SAP SuccessFactors Manager, you'll delve into problem-solving, translating business needs into functional specifications, coordinating technical support, and contributing to software and process innovations. You'll take charge of solution design, developing specifications, and delivering project-related outcomes. Additionally, post-implementation support and continuous system enhancements will be within your purview. This role demands an individual capable of gathering, organizing, and analyzing information related to core technology, processes, and systems. You'll play a pivotal role in researching, resolving issues, and contributing to the efficiency and evolution of our systems landscape. This position is located in Renton, WA. Job Functions/Responsibilities Lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing management of various SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with HR strategies and business objectives. Manage support for ECC HCM (Enterprise Central Component Human Capital Management) alongside managing SuccessFactors modules, ensuring comprehensive oversight of the HR technology landscape. Oversee system upgrades, releases, and patches for both SuccessFactors and ECC HCM, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal disruption to user workflows in both systems. Collaborate closely with HR leadership to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions within the SuccessFactors environment, while also addressing standalone ECC HCM needs. Develop employees within the team by mentoring, guiding, and leading them to enhance their skills and expertise in SAP HCM technologies. Actively lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring effective utilization of resources for successful project delivery. Conduct regular system audits and quality checks for both platforms to maintain data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
