Description This position is hybrid/remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of WA, OR, CA, or TX. Ideal candidate would reside in, Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA main office locations. Full-time hybrid position - remote work will be considered. The Oracle PPM IS Applications Analyst provides support for Oracle Cloud Fusion Project Portfolio Management modules including Projects, Contract Management, and Grants Management, and uses a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to Finance/Accounting, IS business processes, and ERP systems to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. Essential responsibilities of this role include: Ongoing daily support of Oracle Cloud Fusion Project Portfolio Management modules including triaging, investigating, and resolving production issues, and performing rotational on-call duties. Analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed solutions to solve data and business problems. Working with business users to refine requirements, prepare functional specification documentation, perform functional testing, and support user acceptance testing and production deployment. Reviewing Oracle Cloud PPM quarterly release notes and CWBs to both assess impact to existing functionality and make recommendations to business users on new functionality. Supporting release regression testing. Working concurrently on a number of small application enhancements and break fix incidents. Executing Growth and Modernization projects for new acquisitions, and standardizing business processes to existing global solution design. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or equivalent education/experience. Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 3 years of functional experience). Functional understanding of at least two of the following Oracle Cloud Fusion Project Portfolio Management modules: Projects Contract Management Grants Management 3 years of functional experience in application design, implementation and/or maintenance of Oracle Cloud suite/Oracle EBS Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Demonstrated ability to successfully execute small projects; methodologies related to application management such as systems deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
