Job Description Overview Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Truck Driver / Warehouse Worker / Install Technician! An Above Market Hourly Wage + $1,500 Sign on Bonus! This includes loading/unloading goods using the correct and available equipment. Responsibilities You will experience a variety of activities, making each day unique with many opportunities to learn new skills. Driving locations are local to allow for returning home each night. Training is provided for all equipment including basic computer data entry. Driver will operate a 20 Ft. company vehicle to transport goods/equipment to and from specified customer locations in a safe and professional manner. Load and unload trucks safely and in accordance with specified guidelines. Maintains records of pick up/deliveries. Accurately complete paperwork and data entry (Pick Tickets, Pick Slips, Count Sheets, basic computer skills etc.) Utilize all job related equipment which may include, but is not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, computer data entry Verify inventory and assist with inventory level maintenance Pull/push/lift equipment of up to 50 lbs. from warehouse stock, using available resources. Maintain cleanliness and neatness of warehouse and truck. Adhere to and understand safety policies including DOT and Konica Minolta regulations Ability to work independently within established procedures as well as in a teamwork environment. Ability to react quickly and logically to new situations and utilize creative problem solving Qualifications * High School Diploma or HS equivalency. * 2-3 years of related work experience. * Must possess a valid state Driver's License with a clean driving record. * Meet DOT medical requirements (Department of Transportation Medical Card). * MUST pass a drug screen and background check. * Physical activity required including frequent bending, reaching, lifting and standing. * Ability to work independently within established procedures as well as in a teamwork environment. * Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. * Strong computer/networking skills are a plus. * Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills. * OP installation experience or willing to complete KM certification for A3 and A4 devices About Us Konica Minolta's journey started 150 years ago, with a vision to see and do things differently.
