Division Information PACCAR's Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector. The Role The Disaster Recovery Analyst supports the Disaster Recovery Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and programs for ensuring the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. The individual in this role supports the coordination, testing and administration of disaster recovery and resumption plans. Responsible for the day-to-day review of Disaster Recovery Plans and Procedures to ensure they are current and in the correct system. Works with Project Managers to ensure Disaster Recovery deliverables are documented and understood. Understands and supports the overall Disaster Recovery Infrastructure including template and documentation. Job Functions/Responsibilities Ensures Disaster Recovery Plans and Procedures are current and updated. Support Disaster Recovery projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Supports Users working with Disaster Recovery System (Riskonnect). Support Disaster Recovery testing activities. Prepare Disaster Recovery training materials and is available for coaching sessions with Riskonnect users. Supports the administration of Yearly Disaster Recovery tests. Works with the Disaster Recovery Manager to ensure required templates are up to date and align with Company policy and DR best practices. Work to eliminate Disaster Recovery related audit findings. Qualifications 3+ years' experience in IT as a Business/Operations Analyst. Attention to detail and ability to track multiple initiatives concurrently. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Highly analytical and able to understand business objectives and regulatory requirements. Travel to other local PACCAR locations required. Minimal travel outside the Puget Sound area may be needed.
